The NBA Finals concluded with a Warriors sweep of the Cavs on Friday night, but fortunately for basketball fans, there is plenty to look forward to with several important NBA offseason dates in the coming months.
The two most notable dates fall on June 21 and July 1, with the NBA Draft and start of free agency, respectively.
Duke wingman Marvin Bagley III, Arizona center Deandre Ayton and Real Madrid star Luka Doncic are considered to be the top prospects in the upcoming draft, while LeBron James, Paul George and DeMarcus Cousins are among the league's top free agents.
Also of note is the return of the NBA Summer League. The 2018 Summer League will take place from July 2-5 in Sacramento and Utah, with the long session in Las Vegas from July 6-17.
