Their mission is to provide life changing programs and activities in the lives of economically disadvantage families and the homeless in the Inland Empire and approximately 450 families, including 600 children in El Descanso and six other communities, an orphanage Ciudad del Refugio and El Desayunador del Padre Chava in Rosarito and Tijuana, Mexico. There are no administrative cost and 100% of all donations are used to meet the needs of the children, their families and homeless individuals.They accomplish these enormous tasks by providing assistance year round and end the year. During this time, they provide toys, candy bags, piñatas, clothes, soccer balls, bicycles, school supplies, laptops and desk top computers and also get to play in a jumper, get their faces painted, and receive a plate of food, drink and dessert. Also they provide the families with a 5-day food pantry with rice, beans, sugar, flour, can foods, cereal, oil and other basic items. Also, we include cleaning and hygiene items, blankets, wheelchairs, baby supplies, adult diapers and building materials and strive to meet any other needs of these communities. During the holidays Corazones En Accion they take food to San Bernardino and LA to the homeless .
