Aaron Judge, who is in San Francisco currently has met with the San Francisco Giants already and has received a recruiting pitch from one of the team’s veterans and former Dodger.
Judge, who grew up in Northern California rooting for the Giants, was spotted in San Francisco on Monday night, in a video posted by MLB Network. Outfielder Joc Pederson, 30, took to Instagram Tuesday night in an effort to get the American League MVP to join the Giants. Here is what a wrote with the picture attached:
“I got 99 problems … winning ain’t one. We’re ready when you are @thejudge44,” Pederson wrote, referring to Judge’s jersey number and the famous Jay-Z song “99 Problems.”
Pederson, a former Dodger, also had a photoshop of the slugger in a Giants’ orange and black jersey in the post.
