Dodgers Have Signed Shane Greene To A Deal

The Dodgers have agreed to a minor league deal with veteran reliever Shane Greene according to MLB Network’s Jon Heyman.

Overall, Greene had a career-high 7.23 ERA and 1.65 WHIP while notching one save in 23 2/3 relief innings over 28 appearances. The veteran right-hander had 32 saves back in 2018 with the Detroit Tigers and was an All-Star in 2019 when he had 23 saves for the Tigers and Braves, but the 33-year-old will be looking to bounce back if he makes the Dodgers bullpen in 2022.
