USC Boosters Have Reportedly Reached Out To Anthony Lynn

Just a few weeks ago, USC decided to part ways with head coach Clay Helton after a Week 2 loss. Could a head coach be on the way?

On Monday, a report came out that the USC boosters contacted Anthony Lynn regarding the vacant head coaching job for the Trojans. Jim Trotter reported, Lynn would obviously have interest, although no contact had been made with the school just yet.

Lynn, 52, spent four seasons as head coach of the Chargers before they fired him in January. He went 33-31 with one playoff appearance. A reminder, Anthony Lynn has never coached college football.
