Astros Players React To The Loud Environment At Dodger Stadium

This two game series this week between the Dodgers and Astros was a World Series atmosphere without a doubt.

Dodger fans for sure had a rude awakening for the Astros when they came to town especially for Jose Altuve and Carlos Correa who were on the 2017 World Series team with the Houston Astros. Tuesday's pitcher Lance McCullers was one of the few that spoke out after the game and said that he liked the environment at Dodger Stadium when they came in to town. Here is what he said:

“I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the reception on the way out to the (bullpen),” McCullers said after the Astros win on Tuesday. “I felt comfortable. Felt calm. We had a lot of people here. It was obviously a lot of booing, but I liked it. I enjoyed it.”
“I was calm actually throughout the day leading up to the start. I enjoy pitching in games like this, environments like this.”

The Astros leave Los Angeles at 65-43, while the Dodgers are 65-44, and just a few games back from the San Francisco Giants for first place in the National League West.
