Mookie Betts was hit by a 95 MPH fastball on the inside of his right forearm with one out in the ninth inning of the Dodgers 4-3 loss to the Mariners on Monday night at T-Mobile Park.
He went down and was checked on by the training staff, but the star outfielder remained in the game, which ended on a double play grounder two pitches later.
Dodgers said Betts will undergo tests and an update on his status is expected before the series finale tomorrow. Betts was hit by Rafeal Montero on a 1-2 pitch in the 9th inning.
