Heat's Meyers Leonard Uses Anti-Semitic Slur During Twitch Stream

Miami Heat v Washington Wizards

Miami Heat center Meyers Leonard used an anti-Semitic slur while playing Call of Duty during a live stream. Leonard can be heard calling another player a "f--king k-- b---h" during the stream.

Leonard who has over 69,000 followers on Twitch and more than 550K between Twitter and Instagram, took a phone call early Tuesday afternoon while streaming. He followed that short, conversation by saying, “Yo, my wife needs me, she just called me. I’ll, uh—I gotta roll, brother.” Prior to that he’d tweeted he was about to go live and give away Astro Gaming headsets to followers; that post has been deleted.

In February, Leonard underwent season-ending shoulder surgery.

Appearing in only three contests this season, Leonard averaged 3.3 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. Last season, he started in 49 of 51 games while averaging 6.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.
