Dodgers Fan Already Lost A Bet To New Pitcher Trevor Bauer

What a day in Los Angeles, but not so lucky for this fan.

The Dodgers have agreed to a deal with top free agent starter Trevor Bauer according to his YouTube channel. MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand adds that Bauer is guaranteed a total of $102MM on the deal, which includes a $40MM salary in 2021 and a $45MM salary in 2022. Both marks establish new records for the highest single-season salary, though the contract’s overall $34MM average annual value is still a bit shy of Gerrit Cole's record $36MM.

All the way back in May of last year, a Dodgers fan by the @ciniee decided to make a pitch early to get Trevor Bauer here in Los Angeles to pitch for the Dodgers. She bet that she will be getting a Trevor Bauer jersey tattoo if he does sign.

Can you please come to the Dodgers.
Wouldn't mind playing for the Dodgers.
Ill get a Bauer jersey tattoo if you do.
Holding you to that!

Bauer comes back home to Los Angeles where he played at Hart High School before he went to UCLA.
