Los Angeles Rams Have Reportedly Explored A Trade For Matthew Stafford

Could a big time trade be going down this offseason that involves one Los Angeles team?

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Stafford considers the Rams a contender in his trade market, and Los Angeles has already explored the possibility of acquiring the Lions quarterback.

Stafford and the Lions have agreed to mutually part ways and Detroit has already fielded calls about its quarterback. Obviously for the trade to be given the green light, Jared Goff's contract must be moved given his four-year contract and a trade is the the only possible way for the Rams to move on from Goff. The Los Angeles Rams fell to the Green Bay Packers in the Divisional Round. Could the Rams look to make an upgrade on the quarterback position? Only time will tell.
