Vanessa Bryant Opens Up About The Struggle Of Grief & Losing Kobe & Gianna

Vanessa Bryant is opening up about her struggle with grief, just a week ahead of the anniversary of losing her late husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna Bryant, who both tragically died in a helicopter crash last year on January 26 in California.

Here is what Vanessa Bryant said on Instagram:

Let me be real, Grief is a messed up cluster of emotions. One day you're in the moment laughing and the next day you don't feel like being alive. I want to say this for people struggling with grief and heartbreaking loss. Find your reason to live. I know it is hard. I look at my daughters and I try to push through that feeling for them. Death is guaranteed but living hte rest of the day isn't. Find your reason.

Kobe and Gianna were on the way to the Mamba Sports Academy before the crash happened. The seven other people on board were also killed.
