Now, Dodgers fans will be able to hear Vin Scully in the background of a 2020 championship DVD.
The legendary broadcaster, who retired in 2016, will narrate Major League Baseball's official 2020 World Series documentary. Here is what Vin said to The Hollywood Reporter
"It was 32 years since the Dodgers won a World Series and the seventh in the history of the organization, bringing great joy to their fans and the city of Los Angeles in particular,” Scully said in a statement Wednesday. “This is their winning story against the Tampa Bay Rays, and it’s an honor for me to recount just how they did it.”
The two-disc Blu-ray and DVD combo pack will be available to purchase and download on Dec. 8 & will also feature in-depth interviews with Dodger stars including National League MVP candidate Mookie Betts, World Series MVP Corey Seager and ace Clayton Kershaw.
