This is clever.
After the Clippers loss in the Western Conference semi-finals at the hands of the Denver Nuggets, Magic City Kitchen decided to make a menu change in support for Lou Williams.
To recall, Lou Williams went to a Atlanta-based restaurant/club while on an excused leave from the bubble prior to the beginning of the seeding games. Lou Williams intended to attend a memorial service for the death of a loved one. However, photos of the Clippers 6th man hanging out at Magic City surfaced on social media.
The L.A. Clippers just saw their season end in disappointing fashion in the hands of the Denver Nuggets and this will for sure cheer up the former 6th man of the year. The Clippers blew a 3-1 series lead to the Nuggets, which, in turn, became the only team in NBA history to win multiple playoff series by coming back from a 3-1 deficit.
Williams averaged 10 points throughout the series on 35.4 percent shooting.
