Ross Stripling Writes A Message To Dodger Fans & The City Of Los Angeles

The Dodgers traded pitcher Ross Stripling Monday to clear a spot in the starting rotation for rookie right-hander Tony Gonsolin.

In a emotional Instagram post, Ross Stripling says goodbye to the Dodgers and the fans after these last five seasons.

THANK YOU to the entire Dodgers organization and everyone I have met since being drafted. It has been an honor to wear a Dodger uniform for the last 5 seasons.
Shelby and I have been very fortunate to make amazing memories and lifelong friendships over the years. We will cherish our time in Los Angeles forever and would like to thank you for welcoming us with open arms.
I was lucky to be apart of a very special team and compete with some of the best in baseball. Thank you to my teammates, the city of Los Angeles, and the Dodger fans for making my time as a Dodger so memorable.
As I embark on a new chapter, I look forward to the exciting adventure ahead with the Toronto Blue Jays. It’s an organization with a bright future and I can’t wait to be apart of it! Go Jays!
