Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw joined The Dan Patrick Show to discuss Blake Snell's comments who boldly claimed that he wouldn't risk his health to take less money amid the coronavirus pandemic.
"He was probably a little bold in what he said but we've already made a pay concession. We're going to get paid prorated based on the shortened season and I thought that was what we decided as a union. Obviously, not having fans changes things for some owners but we're still playing the same game. If it deems medically that we're able to play and the two sides can't figure out the business side of it...it's not going to look good on anybody. If we can figure it out medically I'm optimistic that we can play."
