Barbeques Galore Grilling Tips: Philly Cheesesteak

·Steak (ask butcher to slice thin pieces)

·French rolls

·Provolone Cheese

-Put the hotplate on the grill right on top of the grates to pre heat. Grill should be pre heated on high.

-Oil the hotplate, then put the sliced vegetables (Peppers, onion, mushrooms) on the hotplate directly. 

-Grill the vegetables on the hotplate using oil.

-Double Garlic rub for about 10 to 15 minutes depending on your grill and how you like your veggies.

-Once veggies are done, it’s time for the steak.

-Oil the surface again, put the steak directly on the hotplate. Turn steak as it grills and when the steak is done to your liking, top it with provolone cheese. At the same time, butter the bread, put the bread directly on the hotplate as well to get it toasted. Once the cheese melts, you’re done. It’s time to take everything off and build your sandwich and enjoy.
