·Romaine Lettuce

·Tomatoes (diced or you can dice yourself)

·Feta cheese or blue cheese

·Avocado or Grapeseed oil

-Pre Heat Grill

-Put lettuce and lemons on grill for 30 to 60 seconds. Depending on your grill and how hot it is. You want long enough to get grills marks on both.

-If using Cedar Plank, make sure to soak the cedar plank in water or wine for 4 hours.

-Put Salmon on cedar plank and put the cedar plan in the grill. Close the lid of the grill. Depending on how you like your salmon…(rare or well done)… you can let it sit in the grill for 12 to 20 minutes. The plank will start to smoke and all the smoke flavor will stay inside the grill and flavor the salmon.

-If using a fish basket, put the fish basket on the grill. Keep lid open. Let it grill on one sides for 5 minutes then flip to grill the other side for 5 minutes. Time can change depending on how you like the salmon.

-When you’re finished grilling the salmon, plate it and squeeze some grilled lemon juice on it. Dress up the lettuce with your dressing of choice and enjoy your meal!
