The Houston Astros have been the focal point on the news this week. It all started out when the punishments that came down for the Houston Astros where it led to A.J. Hinch, general manager Jeff Luhnow, Red Sox manager Alex Cora, and Carlos Beltran all got fired. This led to many people chiming on the scandal:
At BodyArmor event this week, Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant was asked his thoughts regarding the Houston Astros cheating scandal Bryant spoke to Reuters in a recent column.
“‘As a competitive person, the thing that I do is look forward,” Bryant told Reuters at a Major League Soccer event announcing a partnership between MLS and sports drink company BodyArmor, which Bryant has invested $6 million in.
“‘You can’t change things that were, you can’t change the outcome. What you can do is control what you can control, which is your performance, how well you hit the ball, how well you pitch the ball, how well you defend.
“I think it’s important to focus on that and try to bring a World Series back to Los Angeles.”
Do you agree with Kobe?
