Andrew Friedman joined David Vassegh to talk about Clayton Kershaw, Corey Seager coming back in 2019, and Friedman taking a fan's phone call to give an update on Kenley Jansen's health.
On the status of Kenley Jansen and Walker Buehler:
On Walker, it's definitely not something that we are afraid to put him on that spot. He was a little slow to begin Spring and we slowed him down a little bit to where he won't be built up and ready to go Opening Day. As witness in Game 163, into the playoffs, and in the World Series, we are certainly not concerned he can't handle it. It is more of a timing thing.
On Kenley, it is an area I don't know a whole lot about it. We really defer to the cardiologist.
