Legendary Dodgers pitcher Don Newcombe passed away yesterday at the age of 92. Dodgers pitcher Rich Hill talked to our David Vassegh about what Don Newcombe meant to the Dodgers.
I think people who didn't get to know him, he was a first class guy and was always positive.... Just having a guy like that around with the history and understanding the generation he came from was great to have around.
He would come through the locker room every now and then. So humble and quiet and a great guy to have a conversation with.
