Chargers Add Hunter Henry To The Active Roster

The Chargers could be getting a big part of their offense back this Sunday against the New England Patriots.

The Los Angeles Chargers announced Monday that they will be activating linebacker Jatavis Brown was placed on injured reserve after missing the win over Baltimore with an ankle injury.

Henry tore his ACL while working out on the first day of organized team activities in the offseason. He had 81 catches for 1,057 yards and 12 touchdowns over his first two NFL seasons. While Henry is set to play for right now, head coach Anthony Lynn said that Henry will be used in a limited way if they do indeed play him. 

If Henry can't fully go, Antonio Gates will serve as the tight end once again with Virgil Green as the No. 2.
