One of the goals this offseason for the Dodgers was to bolster their bullpen and they did just that.
The Dodgers have an agreement early Thursday to sign right-hander Joe Kelly to a three-year contract worth $25 million.
Kelly has spent the last two seasons as a reliever for the Boston Red Sox after beginning his career as a starter. He put up a 4.39 E.R.A in 73 appearances during the 2018 regular season, but allowed only one run in 11 1/3 innings in the playoffs for the Boston Red Sox.
