Kings Jack Campbell Out 4-to-6 Weeks With Torn Meniscus

The Los Angeles Kings announce that Jack Campbell suffered a meniscus tear in his knee that will keep him out for the extended period of time. They announce the recovery time is expected to be four-to-six weeks. The injury occurred on Saturday during the game vs. Calgary Flames.

They announced that goaltender Cal Petersen will fill in for Jack Campbell for the time being. Petersen, 24, has played in 10 games with the Reign this season, his second season with the club after signing in 2017 as a free agent. He has a 2-3-1 record, a 4.29 goals-against-average and a .881 save percentage.
