Could Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski hang up his cleats in favor of a career in Hollywood?
It seems unlikely, but given his non-commitment to another season after Sunday's Super Bowl loss, a recent report about a potential acting pursuit is a little less farfetched.
According to a report from the Eagle-Tribune, Gronkowski is considering retirement after learning from stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Sylvester Stallone of the millions he could make in movies. The report also states that Gronkowski has discussed with friends that injuries have taken a toll on him.
The five-time All-Pro has been nagged by injuries in recent years, including a concussion suffered in this year's AFC Championship.
