Hunter Green has already built a legacy as one of the most talented high school baseball players to ever emerge from the Los Angeles area.
After being selected No. 2 overall by the Cincinnati Reds on Monday, the Notre Dame High School standout is set for the next chapter in his journey.
Greene is a unique talent in that he boasts first-round potential both on the mound and at shortstop. With a fastball that has hit 102 MPH on the radar gun, though, it is difficult to imagine the right-hander not being groomed as a future ace.
