Chargers find broadcast home at iHeartMedia-LA's KFI-AM 640

We are excited to announce that LA’s newest NFL team, the Los Angeles Chargers, has found a broadcast home at iHeartMedia-LA!

KFI-AM 640 will be the flagship station of the Chargers, and will broadcast all games, a two-hour pre-game show and a one-hour post-game show.

In addition, AM 570 LA Sports will be a co-branded partner of the Chargers and have local pre- and post-game broadcasts, as well as carry Chargers player, Head Coach and specialty branded programs.

The Chargers also announced partnerships with KABC-TV and KAZA-TV Azteca America 54 as the team's television home for English and Spanish-language broadcasts.

“We strive to provide Chargers fans with the best experience in every way possible,” A.G. Spanos, Chargers President of Business Operations, said in a statement. “Whether it’s on-field performance, in-venue experience, season ticket member service or, in this case, unparalleled television and radio access throughout the LA region, placing a premium on our fans and their relationship with us is of the utmost importance. These partnerships only serve to enhance this priority. We are proud and excited to welcome KABC-TV, iHeartMedia Los Angeles, KAZA-TV Azteca America 54 and KFWB 980 AM to the Chargers family.”

This new partnership will begin on Thursday, April 26 at 5 p.m. with the 2017 NFL Draft, where AM 570 LA Sports will be live on-site at the Chargers draft headquarters and official party at Disneyland!
