What has led to Lakers downfall?

SACRAMENTO, CA - DECEMBER 12: D'Angelo Russell #1 of the Los Angeles Lakers questions a call by referee Aaron Smith during their game against the Sacramento Kings at Golden 1 Center on December 12, 2016 in Sacramento, California. NOTE TO USER: User exprThe Los Angeles Lakers have fallen tremendously since winning back-to-back NBA titles in 2009 and 2010.

After winning 57 games or more in five consecutive seasons, the Lakers experienced a pair of early playoff exits before starting a streak of losing seasons that will reach four in April. The team is on its fourth head coach since Phil Jackson's retirement from coaching in 2011. And unless the Lakers win 11 of their final 24 games, they will also be facing their fourth consecutive finish under the 30-win threshold.

So what has led to this downfall? Fred Roggin and Rodney Peete discuss below.
