10 Dodgers to play in World Baseball Classic

(Photo by Jonathan Daniel/The Los Angeles Dodgers will be well represented at the 2017 World Baseball Classic, with 10 players from the organization listed on the rosters for this year's event.

First baseman Adrian Gonzalez and closer Kenley Jansen, who will represent Team Mexico and Team Netherlands, respectively, are among those taking part. 

Gonzalez will be joined on Team Mexico by pitchers Sergio Romo, Vidal Nuno and Julio Urias, while Enrique Hernandez (Puerto Rico) and Rob Segedin (Italy) will also participate. Of players in the Dodgers system but not currently on the 40-man roster, Andrew Maggi (Italy), Ike Davis (USA), Dean Kremer (Israel) and Alex Verdugo (Mexico) will be present as well.

The 2017 World Baseball Classic will take place from March 6-22.
