Dodgers acquire Curtis Granderson from Mets

The Los Angeles Dodgers added another power-hitting outfielder to their depth chart on Friday night, acquiring Curtis Granderson from the Mets, and cash, in exchange for a player to be named later or cash considerations.

The 36-year-old outfielder is batting .228 with 19 home runs this season. 15 of these home runs have come against right-handed pitching.

Granderson is a three-time All-Star and former Silver Slugger.
