One of the key members of the Los Angeles Dodgers World Series run got his World Championship ring today. Hernandez posted a picture of him with his ring on with the caption: 'Forever Champ.'
Hernandez during his time with the Dodgers in the postseason always seemed to provide memorable moments. That includes hitting a game-tying, pinch-hit home run against the Atlanta Braves in Game 7 of the National League Championship Series & the big close out game against the Chicago Cubs to get to the World Series.
Hernandez owned a .230/.270/.410 slash line in the shortened season with five homers and 20 RBI. He also captured his first World Series ring here in Los Angeles in this past 2020 season.
