Padres celebration at a tailgate party outside Petco Park in San Diego, California, as the Padres came back in the Wild Card round and defeated the St. Louis Cardinals.
The Padres in Game 2 came to life as both Fernando Tatis Jr and Wil Myers hit two home runs each to help the San Diego outfit clinch an 11-9 Game 2 win, bringing the series to 1-1. Tatis and Myers became just the second pair of teammates in MLB history with multiple home runs in the same game.
Yesterday, the Padres closed it out and as you see in the video above, Padres fans are running going crazy in the streets after a round 1 series win. Now the Padres will take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLDS is in a 5 game series. Padres-Dodgers will start this Tuesday here on AM 570 LA Sports.
