It’s been a summer to forget for baseball fans, but as of Tuesday afternoon, it looks like we will get to see the boys in blue along with the rest of baseball on the field in 2020.
According to PointsBet, the Dodgers and Yankees are open as co favorites to win the World Series right in front of the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves.
On Monday, the owners voted to move forward with a 60-game season, that would result in players reporting a week from Wednesday (July 1). The regular season would then begin July 24. The MLBPA has now reportedly agreed to report to camps by that date, according to ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
Of course, there’s still plenty to sort out given the current pandemic situation, but with any positive news regarding baseball’s return, you may be wondering where the betting market stands for the potential upcoming shortened season.
