After the Lakers lost to Atlanta, I kept telling myself, is this the end for Luke? When I woke up Wednesday morning, I started calling around to find out. I was told that there have not been any discussions, none whatsoever, about Luke's job status.
I think that the Lakers want to give him a chance, especially owner Jeanie Buss. She wants Luke to feel comfortable with what he is doing and she is going to support him as well as Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka.
