What Dodgers Justin Turner has done on and off the field has been absolutely remarkable. Today on Veterans day, Justin Turner and the Dodgers will be hosting 400 veterans from the Marines, Navy, Coast Guard, U.S. Army, Air Force for a batting practice at Dodgers Stadium to honor our Veterans.
Service members in attendance have the opportunity to take batting practice on the field as well as enjoy a behind-the-scenes Dodger Stadium tour. Service members will receive family photos courtesy of Blue Prints, a Dodgers/Veterans Day t-shirt and lunch in the Lexus Dugout Club, and the Dodgers' 2018 National League Championship trophy will be on display for photo opportunities.
Notable Dodgers alumni who will be attending are Ron Cey, Steve Yeager, Billy Ashley and Dennis Powell.
