Last night, Kobe Bryant sat court side as he watched LeBron James play in a Laker uniform for the first time at Staples Center. LeBron responded by putting fourth his best performance as a Laker by dropping 28 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists along with a win against the Denver Nuggets.
Everyone including Kobe Bryant has noticed already that the energy in the building in comparison to the last couple of seasons.
It's f***ing awesome. Being here in the building. Seeing the fans, seeing the energy back in the place, it's awesome.
The city is starting to embrace LeBron as the leader of the Lakers as long as Kobe is behind him. The Lakers now have won back to back games for the first time this season and look to continue the momentum as they take on the San Antonio Spurs once again tomorrow.
