With Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo getting fired after a stretch where the team lost 8 of 10 games, Ben Maller says that Montoyo actually deserved to be the fall guy in this situation.
Ben Maller: "Charlie Montoyo never took the bull by the horns. So that made this a foregone conclusion. Given a great mitzvah, a chance to manage a talented team, Montoyo didn't stand out from the pack...I don't have a horse in the race, but from afar, Charlie was a JAM. Just A Manager."
