Growing up and living in a football program for a long time, this is unbelievable. USC is considered to be so dysfunctional & such a circus, that stories like this only fuel the narrative that the Petros & Money show has been pushing for 12 years.

You couldn't just walk in off the street get a jersey & run around there with first round draft picks.
