Cody Bellinger, Blake Treinen, & David Price React To Trevor Bauer Signing

The Dodgers after winning the World Series back in October arguably won the Major League Baseball offseason here in 2021.

The Los Angeles Dodgers agreed to a three-year deal with free-agent starter Trevor Bauer, who confirmed the signing on his YouTube channel. According to Mark Feinsand of MLB.com, Bauer's deal is worth $102 million, and he can opt out after each of the first two years. He is slated to make a record-breaking $40 million in 2021 and $45 million in 2022.

After the signing three current Dodgers Cody Bellinger and David Price reacted to the massive signing for the Dodgers on social media while Blake took to MLB Radio to share his thoughts.

“I’m pumped. … The way he approaches the game on a mental aspect, developing pitches aspect, because that fits perfectly into what the Dodgers are doing. I got to see a piece of that last year, which helped me get back to where I want to be as a pitcher.”

The right-handed ace will have the opportunity to win his first World Series while pitching roughly 16 miles from his hometown of North Hollywood.
