Man Buys 100 Cardboard Cut Outs Of Himself For The Season

Many MLB organizations including the Dodgers around the league are offering the opportunity to buy cardboard cutouts that will be placed in the seats.

The Chicago White Sox are one of those teams, at least for their season-opening series against the Minnesota Twins at Guaranteed Rate Field. The White Sox made 1,500 seats available to purchase cardboard cutouts at the price of $49 a seat, with all proceeds going to White Sox charities. The seats quickly sold out.

Well, 100 of the 1,500 seats belong to White Sox fan Paul Garrett. And cardboard cutout versions of Garrett will sit by the visitors dugout. Here’s what the Garrett-filled cardboard cutout section will look like, via NBC Sports Chicago’s Chuck Garfien:
