Similarities to what he was a part of at USC?

Very similar on a daily basis. Everything I learned from Coach Carroll and USC & Miami we are doing at LSU and it has worked.

I'm so fortunate and I love the University of Southern California and my time there. I was so fortunate to be under Pete Carroll and he took me under his wings and taught me how to be a head coach. I give him all the credit.
