Mark Gubicza joins the Petros and Money show to talk about new manager Joe Maddon for the Angels, if the baseballs have changed from the regular season, and Clayton Kershaw Game 5 of the NLDS.
On Angels hiring Joe Maddon:
He is one of the best guys to be around in my opinion. Not only is he successful, he is one of those guys who brings positivity to a place that has been difficult over the past few months.
On if the baseball's have changed since the regular season.
A lot of people talk about whether the baseball is different but as a baseball fan, I like the way these games are being played now rather than be worried about a bad swing going deep. I saw a lot of those during the regular season.
On Clayton Kershaw:
You know I am a huge fan of Clayton Kershaw. It was tough to see that happen because that first pitch to Rendon, you think at best is a ground ball. But that pitch he threw to Soto is a pitch he didn't want to throw.
I felt in a playoff scenario you put your best people out there. I don't know if you can get better than Clayton Kershaw.
