It looks like the Chargers could be welcoming back a familiar face.
Chargers general manager joined Judson Richards and said that he participated in 7 on 7 team drills this week and didn't close the door on the tight end coming back for either the wild card or divisional round.
The Chargers this weekend are headed to Denver looking to improve their playoff seeding. They currently sit in second place in the AFC West and hold the 5 seed in the AFC. Depending on the results of week 17’s games, the Chargers will either remain as the 5 seed in the AFC or jump up to the 1 seed in the AFC West and have home field advantage through the playoffs.
If Chargers stay as the 5 seed, they could be seeing New England, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Tennessee on the road.
