Manny Machado has spent the last couple of days visiting with several teams to look for his next landing spot. On Tuesday he visited with the Chicago White Sox, Wednesday with the New York Yankees, and the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday. But it looks like he has one team that he prefers over the others.
According to Jim Bowden of The Athletic, The All-Star shortstop/third baseman is telling his friends in Miami that he prefers the Yankees and if the offers are close enough, he will be headed to the Bronx to play in a lineup that includes Stanton and Judge.
Machado met with the Yankees on Wednesday Yankee Stadium and later dined with GM Brian Cashman that night. No official offer has been made for Machado.
