Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon has missed the past three games because of a knee injury. Last week, people around the country kicked off their fantasy football playoffs and many people were without the star running back.
Melvin took to Twitter today to apologize to everybody who drafted him and that he couldn't come through in these playoffs.
To my fantasy owners....who lost without my help I'm sorry. Crunch time in these plaoyffs and I couldn't come thru !!
The Chargers have managed to go 3-0 with the star running back including a 29-28 win over the AFC West rival Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night, thanks to the Philip Rivers-led passing attack, Mike Williams, and running back Justin Jackson.
Next week is the fantasy football championship game in many leagues, and fans wonder whether or not he will be available for the finals. The Chargers could possibly give more information on his status in the middle of next week.
