Jon Gruden: "I Don't Know If The (Cooper) Trade Is Official"

On Monday, the Oakland Raiders send WR Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a first round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Many people around the league didn't think that the Raiders would get more than a second round pick for Cooper.

Today, Jon Gruden came out and said that he didn't inform the team of the trade because he didn't know if the trade was official or not.

I don't even know if the trade's official yet

The Dallas Cowboys posted a video of Amari Cooper practicing with his new team in his new #19 practice jersey. Cooper will be the undisputed #1 receiver for the Cowboys, joining a core of Cole Beasley, Alan Hurns, Tavon Austin, and Michael Gallup.

Gruden this season has had a rough start starting off 1-5 and made a big trade to get rid of Khalil Mack before the season started. The Raiders now have 3 first round picks to use in the 2019 draft to reconstruct this Raiders team. We will see how all these trades will work out down the road for both teams.
