Dodgers Add Julio Urías To The NLCS Roster

Friday morning, the Dodgers announced their 25-man roster for the NLCS series, which begins tonight.

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Julio Urías has been added to the roster for the National League Championship Series against the Brewers in favor of lefty reliever Scott Alexander.

This comes as a big shock since the 22-year-old has barely pitched this season after coming off major shoulder surgery.  It will be very interesting to see how Dave Roberts will use Urías since he has only pitched a total of four innings this season.

The Dodgers made no other big moves besides pitcher Ross Stripling once again left off the postseason roster.

Game 1 starts tonight at 8:09 p.m. ET at Miller Park in Milwaukee. Clayton Kershaw will be on the mound tonight.
