Spurs Agree To Trade Kawhi Leonard To Raptors

The Lakers appear to have missed out on their chance to land Kawhi Leonard this summer, and will likely now look to 2019 free agency to land the versatile forward.

The Spurs have agreed to trade Leonard to the Raptors in exchange for DeMar Derozan, Jakob Poeltl and a protected first-round pick in 2019. The Spurs will also include Danny Green in the deal.

According to a report, Leonard 'has no desire' to play in Toronto. It is also being reported that any longterm stay will be a hard sell.
