A six-game suspension for Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott just inched closer to becoming a reality, as a federal appeals court vacated the Cowboys star's preliminary injunction.
With the Cowboys on a bye this week, the suspension could begin as soon as Sunday, Oct. 22 against the San Francisco 49ers
