The Golden State Warriors are NBA champions after defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers, 129-120, in Game Five of the NBA Finals.
The Finals victory marked the first NBA title for Warriors star Kevin Durant, who joined the team last offseason. This year also signaled the third consecutive Finals showdown between the Warriors and Cavaliers.
