Floyd Mayweather comes out of retirement, challenges Conor McGregor

We have now reached the latest chapter in the never-ending saga between the undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and UFC star Conor McGregor.

Mayweather announced on Saturday that he is coming out of retirement, challenging McGregor to a June bout.

"Let’s fight in June," Mayweather said. "You’re the B-side. I’m the A-side. We’re not here to cry about money. I’m tired of all this crying about money and saying you want to fight. You’re blowing smoke up everyone’s [butt], if you want to fight, sign the paperwork."

For what it's worth, there have been talks of a potential Mayweather-McGregor fight since the summer of 2015, and nothing has come particularly close to formulating.

We now await McGregor's response...
